Education Scheme โ€” SLWA Sri Lanka Women's Association UK
A Registered UK Charity

Changing Lives Through Education in Sri Lanka

The SLWA Education Scheme has been registered as a charity in the United Kingdom since 1998. Its purpose is direct and measurable: to fund the education of disadvantaged women and girls in Sri Lanka and give them the means to build independent lives.

Every pound raised through SLWA events and membership goes toward school supplies, learning materials, and educational resources for students in rural Sri Lanka who would otherwise go without.

The Scheme operates with low overheads and a clear mandate. Donations reach the students who need them.

03
๐Ÿ‘Ÿ

Uniforms and Shoes

Vouchers for school shoes and uniform items ensure students arrive at school properly equipped, removing a barrier to attendance and reducing stigma for lower-income families.
